About Us
Welcome to Movement Medicine Apprentices. We are Susannah and Ya’Acov Darling Khan and we are the founders of Movement Medicine and the Directors of The School of Movement Medicine.
Since 1989, we have been travelling the world encouraging people to move beyond their held patterns and self-limiting expectations and discover themselves and their gifts through movement. In order to do that, we’ve had to do exactly the same ourselves.
Our journey has taken us to meet and work with some extraordinary people. We have studied with healers and shamans from the Amazon to the Arctic Circle, including an 18-year apprenticeship with Gabrielle Roth.
We know for ourselves how important it is to be part of a supportive community in order to grow, and we are happy that Movement Medicine is such a space. We feel that every one of us has something unique to offer the world that we are part of, and that in offering it, both the self and the world are enriched.
